A Game-Changer for People with Auto-Immune Disorders

Join us in support of a cause that is a game-changer for people with auto-immune disorders! One of Tradition Companies’ own, Taylor Williamson, along with her Dad, will ride the Triple Bypass Bike Race.

The race is a one-day, 116-mile bike ride from Evergreen to Vail, Colorado, with over 10,000 feet of elevation change. They aim to raise $1.2M to establish a Myasthenia Gravis and MDA Center of Excellence in the HealthPartners and Park Nicollet care system. Together we can create a specialized clinic providing comprehensive care for people in our community who suffer from auto-immune disorders! A specialized center like this doesn’t exist today.

A picture is worth 1000 words! Tradition is proud to kickstart Taylor Williamson's Pedaling for a Prayer with a donation. We are so proud of Taylor for her amazing efforts to help raise funds and awareness for auto-immune and muscular disorders.

On September 29, 2017, Taylor Williamson’s life changed forever. The day started out like so many others. A former Ms. Hockey in the State of Minnesota, Taylor was a rising star with the perennial powerhouse Minnesota Golden Gopher’s. The puck had just dropped for the home opener and everything seemed normal, except to Taylor. The first period was a struggle for Taylor as her mind and body started to “short circuit.” When the horn blew to end the 1st period, Taylor’s body had already deteriorated to the point where she had limited vision, inability to speak and severe muscle weakness. Her teammates quickly noticed and 911 was called.
